About Us

Built on the Farm. Proven in the Field.

Our Story

Most ticketing companies started with software. We started with an event.

For years, our family has owned and operated Rowley's Red Barn—a working farm and family destination that welcomes hundreds of thousands of guests each year. Between festivals, U-pick experiences, concerts, seasonal attractions, farm markets, bakeries, and retail operations, we know firsthand what it takes to create memorable guest experiences.

We also know how much happens behind the scenes. Selling tickets is only one small part of running a successful event. You're coordinating staff, managing guest arrivals, answering customer questions, handling refunds, tracking attendance, balancing finances, monitoring capacity, and making hundreds of decisions every day. Your ticketing software shouldn't make those jobs harder; it should make them easier.

Over the years, we tried multiple ticketing platforms. Some were simple but lacked the flexibility our business required. Others had powerful features but were complicated, expensive, or disconnected from the rest of our operation. Too often, it felt like we were changing our business to fit the software instead of using software that fit our business. We knew there had to be a better way. So we built the platform we always wished existed!

Every feature in Cocoa Tickets has been shaped by real-world experience. It wasn't designed in a conference room or based on assumptions about how events should operate. It was developed while running busy weekends, solving operational challenges, helping guests, and constantly asking one question: "How can we make this better?" That's why Cocoa Tickets is more than a ticketing platform. It's a business operations platform built to help attractions, festivals, venues, museums, farms, and event organizers run more efficiently while delivering a better guest experience.

Our Mission

Our goal has never been to simply sell software. Our goal is to help businesses create exceptional experiences by removing the complexity behind ticketing.

Today, we continue to operate our own events using the same platform we provide to our customers. That means we're constantly testing, improving, and refining Cocoa Tickets based on real feedback and real operational needs—not just feature requests on a roadmap. When our customers succeed, we succeed. Because at the end of the day, we're not just building software. We're building the platform we depend on ourselves.

We built the ticketing platform we always wished existed—and we're excited to share it with businesses like yours.
